I cannot say enough positive things about the services provided by Carley. I have an old cat who requires daily medication and extra cuddles when she is alone for long stretches. I know she is in the best of hands with Carley. Her behaviour upon my return is a clear indicator of this, and I appreciate all the daily updates and photos to confirm this as well. Pets-R-Us goes way over and above in not just pet sitting, but in providing daily reassurance that my home is being thoroughly checked and any possible concerns relayed to me. Bringing a new puppy home was a pretty big deal for our family - we have crazy busy schedules, but truly miss having a dog in the house. One condition that was put on bringing her into our home was that she get walked on a regular basis. Then we found Pets r us. They have truly been amazing with our puppy, not only with the daily walk routine (which keeps her active and healthy), but with advice, training suggestions, and feeding programs. My wife and I found pets r us on Kijiji, we were looking for someone to board our 2 dogs over the Christmas holidays. We were a little nervous and apprehensive at first when dropping them off as we have never left them with anyone before. I must say we are extreamly happy with the service. Carley sent us videos, pictures, and updates daily which made us feel that much more comfortable about dropping outr dogs off with someone we have never met before. We also really liked the fact that it was cage free, we did not want our dogs staying in a kennel, and when they stayed with Carley is truly was an at home feel. My dogs looked very happy in all the pictures and videos and when we came back pick them up. I would recommend her boarding services and will definitely be bringing my dogs back. More...

I've used other walkers in the past, and pets r us is by far the most professional, and reliable company! They very accomedating for last minute request and schedule changes. Always willing to work with you. I like that they are available on short notice, leave notes on how my dog was that day, and post cute videos and pictures. More...

Carley has been my dog walker for about 6 years now, and coming from someone who has had more then their share of "terrible" dog walkers, I can honestly, and whole heartedly say that carley is the best dog walker I have ever had! Extreamly reliable, and trustworthy.Out of the 6 years she has been with us, there has only been maybe 2 cancellations due to illness in which she has provided back up walkers. Coming from down town Toronto to oakville, I have to say her prices are more then reasonable. Â Very flexible with our crazy schedules and always willing to accommodate last minute requests. I have also used her boarding services. My dog is always excited when we drop him off. I never feel that I have to worry, or that his safety or well being will in any way be compromised. Carley is not only our dog Walker, but we think of her as family! Our dog loves her and so do we! Never have we had that kind of relationship with a dog walker.So if your looking for a reliable company who you can trust, then pets r us is your best bet! More...

Carley and her team are great! Always reliable -- rain, shine or snowstorm! We first started using Pets R Us for daily puppy visits to take our dog out in the backyard to play and let him do his business. This really helped with his potty training and he was trained in no time. They have been coming to walk our dog every day since -- our dog is now almost 4 years old and loves his pack walks. We can always rely on them to let us know if they are running late (which is rare) and if there is anything out of the ordinary that they notice with our dog that day. We really like those updates. When we went into labour with our daughter unexpectedly and needed emergency visits to have our dog fed and walked multiple times in a day that week, they did not disappoint. They really are like an extended family. Overall, we would 100% recommend Pets R Us and are so grateful to have people who we can trust and genuinely care about our dog. More...
