Hans and Pat Petruska photographed our wedding 26 years ago and we couldn’t be happier with our photographs. They captured every detail from getting dressed until we left our reception. They took elegant portraits of my husband and I, beautiful family portraits, breathtaking ceremony photographs as well as fun, spontaneous pictures at our reception. We were so happy with our that we have had Hans and Pat take several family portraits over the years as well as our son’s high school graduation pictures a few years ago. What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Being prepared with proper equipment for the job, never give up, next shot is better than the last one.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Can I jump out of the box and give you a photograph that will knock you Sox off!
What do you love most about your job?
The joy and smiles I get from finishing a photographic shoot from the faces of my subjects knowing I was in control and got pictures that are special.
What inspired you to start your own business?
People were asking me to take there pictures.
I won first place award at Minnesota State Fair for a picture I took of my niece walking on rocks.
I was in High School than and the yearbook photographer, than in college for the Gophers yearbook staff.
