Petrus catered a fantastic bbq for my daughters christening. Everybody commented on how amazing the food was, which I always think is the most important part of a party! The staff were so polite, friendly, organised and they coped so well BBQing on what was a very hot day. The organisation with Jonny was so easy in the lead up to the christening. This is a busy place. I was at counter for a while before anyone came to register. employers are sooo slow. and not to add that my coffee had a dirty lid wit a piece of hair on it like really!!!!

What’s your signature dish?
It depends what kind of cuisine we are asked to provide. We range from Monkfish and Mussel Curry to a classic Fillet Rossini.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We spend time planning the event with the client, either face to face or over email. Once we have all the information we put together a draft package. This can then be modified by the client, allowing us to complete a final quote. All budgets will be worked to.
What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction of a client enjoying our food is our biggest push. As a chef himself by trade, Jonny has worked up and down the country up to a michelin star standard. Getting the packages right and compliments are what drives us on, every customer is so important to us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been to a lot of family parties and events, i always found the personal side of the event was missing. Always felt like a number and just another event. If im honest i felt let down by a lot of companies over charging and under delivering. My aim is to do the opposite, which is why we spend so much time with the customer prior to the event.
Why should our clients choose you?
We understand we are almost new kids on thr block, however with 15 years experience as a chef covering almost every level of restaurant, we always think that means more. You can guarantee your food will be of the highest standard and with no hidden costs, you will struggle to find the same service for less.
