My go-to stop at the Western Fair Farmers Market. My son loves the pandan macaroons, he gets a fresh one on almost every visit. Chicken Gulai is my absolute favourite, but I have yet to try a dish I didn’t enjoy. Love the frozen product for busy weeknights, better than popping a frozen pizza in the oven. Petojo Food & Catering took care of lunch for myself and the bridal party on my wedding day. I can’t say enough good things about this team! Kimi was super professional to work with and came up with an amazing menu accommodating vegetarians and gluten free dietary restrictions for a super reasonable cost. We had the carrot ginger soup, a Buddha bowl and an avocado chocolate pudding (which I still dream/drool over). Everything was so tasty and delivery came right on time with the soup still warm. The food is incredible and the service matched.
Chef Anthony and Kimi prepared custom meals for my Mom following a health issue that did not allow her to cook in the kitchen.
They prepared 2 servings of each 3 dishes and 3 soups. The meals were perfectly suited to my mother’s dietary restrictions and FULL of flavour.
This service has been a life saver and a real treat.
The price was very fair and I can’t rave enough about the quality and flavour of all dishes delivered.
Thank you again Petojo for making a rough situation that much better and for the healthy, high quality and personalized meals.
I would HIGHLY recommend Petojo for a quick snack at a local market, to personalized meals, to catering your next event. You won’t be disappointed.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
This depends on the type of event, however we generally ask about dish preferences, preferred cuisines, or if the event has a theme. For example, we recently catered the London Tea and Kombucha Festival's VIP Reception. Many of the attendees ate a plant-based diet. We created a custom Japanese inspired menu (as a nod to kombucha's name origins) that was mostly vegan and included elements like tea-pickled radishes (a nod to both tea and fermentation).
We are often selected because of our creative menus and ability to cater to dietary restrictions.
What do you love most about your job?
We simply love feeding people. We want them to be delighted by the food we make and to create memorable experiences for our clients and their guests.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We wanted to offer truly customized catering services. As a former marketing professional who organized corporate events, I was always frustrated by caterers' inflexibility with menus and services. We want clients to be able to be as involved in the development of the menu as they wish, and to feel like we helped them create the event they envisioned.
