Dropped in to have my disposable underwater cameras from vacation developed. Super friendly service, quick turn around time and, im not exactly sure why, but I received a surprise discount on what I was quoted! Vacation photos looked great.

I was in this store today for a passport and was told it couldn’t be done as there was a huge number of portraits being done. I totally understood and won’t mind going back as I never leave things for the last minute and expect someone to accommodate my faults. There was a person there who wasn’t happy. I must say that if people wouldn’t leave things for the last minute they wouldn’t be disappointed. This business has helped our family find the best camera for us, they even price matched with a large retailer in the Toronto area and they spend all the time needed for us to understand how the camera works. They offer support continually. Do the best developing and have accommodated us promptly when we had a request for some pictures to be reprinted for a family funeral. I have heard they go out of their way to stay late for customers also. I highly recommend them. This is a family business who have served PETERBOROUGH very well. Small retailer with GREAT customer service and dedication. I’d rather go here than to some big box store. More...
