I have mediated a variety of community, commercial and family disputes to a successful conclusion since 1998.

I have also spoken on mediation at seminars, and coached young people in mediation skills.

I am available to two or more disputing parties who can agree upon my appointment to help resolve conflicts, disputes and differences.

I have specialised in construction and engineering contracts and disputes arising under them since I qualified as a solicitor in 1999.

I can help you draft and negotiate your contracts at the outset, or negotiate and draft settlement agreements for disputes that arise later on.

I am also available to speak on these subjects at seminars.

I can offer a service to all parties to construction and engineering contracts where I am on call throughout the life of a contract to help resolve disputes quickly as they arise.

In would have no other involvement in the project and would ideally be paid through contributions by all parties involved.

My skills as a solicitor and mediator would be brought to bear to supplement and focus the skills and knowledge of the parties themselves.

I write and produce musical drama and perform songs that do not require high levels of musical training but which benefit from some dramatic interpretation.
