Peter made exercise accessible to me after a long period of avoidance! He made the sessions fun, challenging but doable. He’s very knowledgeable with both fitness and nutrition. I would definitely recommend him if you’re thinking of hiring an approachable but motivating personal trainer. More...

Peter is an excellent trainer, I have been training with him for the past 5 months and the difference in my energy levels and overall fitness has exceeded my expectations. Peter's encouragement has made me want to improve at every session ....and it has really paid off! I still have a way to go but I know with Peter's help there is no stopping me! I found it really helpful in getting my general fitness up. Losing the weight and inches off in last 6 months. Peter doesn't just come do the session he gives you the tools in eating better and exercise to do between sessions. To help support your goals.

Just finished my six week introductory sessions with Peter. I have lost over 6 lbs and inches off my body. I have really enjoyed the sessions. Peter has made them different each time and tailors them to my requirements. Bonus for me is that Peter comes to my home twice a week. Thoroughly recommend having a personal trainer and would recommend Peter unreservedly. In addition to the training, Peter offers advice on your diet and recommends keeping a food diary. I have just signed up for my next sessions and look forward to continuing training with Peter and losing more weight. More...

I have done about 8 weeks with Peter, from a base of a 'bit of dog walking' . The progress is amazing, in strength and flexibility. It's something that is very hard to achieve on your own, especially you aren't really a natural exerciser! A programme from the gym ( I have had as few! ) doesn't really give you the motivation to progress. I have seen and felt more difference in 8 weeks with Peter, than I did with a years gym membership! I have recently completed the six week Restart program with Peter based at Sangha House in Taunton. He encourages a mindful approach to health and wellbeing, provides nutritional advice and tailors progressive exercises to meet individual needs. His sessions are always motivating, fun and varied to maintain interest and amazingly, in such a short period of time, I have managed to lose 5kg and<span id="moreReview694131" class="hide"> 11cm from my waist! Hi. I have just finished my 6 week introductory sessions with Peter. I have lost over 6lbs and lost inches off my body. Peter comes to my house twice a week and I look forward to these sessions. I have a problem with my left foot but Peter tailors my training to take account of that. I feel more motivated than I did before and would recommend getting a personal trainer to anyone thinking of doing so and would unreservedly recommend Peter. Peter has been training me since August 2015 and the improvements in my life have been amazing! Not only have I lost weight and size but I have gained mobility, strength, endurance and confidence! Peter has consistently helped me achieve my short and long term goals by nutritional advice, one 2 one tuition, 247 online support and periodic testing and appraisals of my journey so far. Pete is a first class trainer and I have really enjoyed working with him during the past 6 months.He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable,I train at least once or twice a week and the time seems to fly by as Pete changes the routines regularly which makes the sessions so much more interesting and challenging. Hi guys and girls! Peter has been working with me, mentoring and pushing me for about 6 months now, and the progress I'm making is astounding! So far I have lost a stone and kept it off, lost inches off my waist and upped my excersise ability from couch potato to lifting over 30kg weights! He comes to my house once a week to train me and helps out with my dietary requirements whenever I need him! Pete is a breathe of fresh as a personal trainer, his unique and client-focused approach really help me achieve my health and fitness goals. With increased mobility and functional strength gained through his fun and professional training methods, not only am I able to complete my daily tasks in life with more ease I have noticed that I am consistently hitting the golf ball 10 yards further which has dramatically improved my golf game shaving off a few shots per round. Pete is a very supportive and helpful trainer that has helped me achieve a fantastic loss of 6 inches in 6 weeks resulting in dropping a dress size. I am happy with the way am after loosing a lot of weight but he has given me the extra boost of confidence that I needed. Friendly and helpful and always on call if I've needed answers or help, guidance or support. The sessions are fun and never boring with the constant change of exercise and variety to keep me on my toes. Always there supporting and encouraging to push me to achieve my goals.

There is no secret or magic formula. What works for one person may not work for another. This is why I take holistic approach to helping my clients leaving no stone un-turned in helping my clients towards their goals. However the key is to have fun, be consistent in your efforts to transform your body as Rachel says:

Peter is very well qualified in all aspects of the personal training and I trust him implicitly with the "re-build" of my physique. I came to find Peter in sheer desperation to loose baby weight that had grown out of hand over 2 years, I was in cast when we first met with severe IBS that meant no exercise and a boring diet. Within the first 8 weeks my IBS has been managed through great nutritional advice, I've lost over 9lb in weight and lost 5 inches off my waist! He has got me back on my feet, back into pre-maternity clothes and exercising almost daily around my family and career. It has been tough, there has been weight gain initially as he got me eating again rather than drinking energy drinks, and so many times I felt like I could not do another push up....but at the end of our sessions we are both laughing and planning the next week of food and exercise. As much as I put into it he matches with enthusiasm and continued support through out the week to make sure I keep on track.
