I offer individuals, groups and corporations training in relaxation and focus towards achieving goals. I use evidence based meditation known as task focused relaxation and visualization to reduce stress and anxiety. I also train people in cognitive self hypnosis towards defining skills from negative to positive solution focussed goals as well as improving existing positive skills in creative arts, education, work and sports.
