Peter runs training courses in Edinburgh and Musselburgh. 2 types of courses Beginner and Intermediate plus mini-agility. (Mini-Agility only at his Musselburgh club)
Beginner course is a structured 6 week foundation course.
The course is a mixture of group and individual practical work.

We had our first lesson with Peter today (12 Dec) with my 2 18 month old Briard. With in 10 mins he knew what my problems were and what I have to work on. By the end of the lesson I could walk out of my front door with out being pulled down the garden path. Peter is an absolute gent and will tell it as it is. It seems to me if you want help and are prepared to put the work in and listen to what he is telling you (he reads dogs and people very well) he will do all in his power to get you and your dogs working in harmony. Absolutely fantastic. Easy to understand lessons from a master of dog training. He explains exactly what you have to do to have a well trained dog that is a joy to be with. Nobody does it better.

"Tiffany and I started Peter's puppy class 18 months ago and I must admit we were bottom of the class for a long time! She was just too excited about meeting all those lovely dogs, which of course was part of the training!
She is now two years old and she loves going to "her" evening class. While we are not exactly top of the class (yet!) she is very good at coming, staying and walking to heel. She is a delight and it is all thanks to Peter!
Actually, "our" evening class is great fun for both of us!

Trained Pepsi, Freya and Joy with Peter (and Maisy...). Loved every minute of it. It helped tremendously my dogs. I now have little people!
We also enjoyed the agility and when we are back to the UK we are planning to join again with more agility training and fun.

What do you love most about your job?
Working with owners and there dogs. The satisfaction of solving problems leaving a happy owner and more importantly a content happy dog / dogs
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been training dogs for over 40 years now. I first started training my own dog as my Sister Jill was and still is a trainer. Plus my Twin Brother Paul trains carriage horses. So training animals great and small was and still is in my family.
It is an amazing feeling going into situations were you are quite literally sometimes the dogs last chance.
Why should our clients choose you?
My experience. My years of knowledge. Amazing testimonies from grateful clients. And the total pleasure of seeing a happy relaxed owner and dog who understand each other and have started to finally communicate properly for the first time.
