Got this phone number online for my mother as I don't live locally - was a bit concerned about recommending a stranger but the reviews sounded good . .. delighted to say the reviews were all spot on and this guy was a real gentleman. He came out same morning, got her TV & DVD player speaking to each other again in a matter of minutes and only charged her a nominal fee for the call-out. A rogue could have baffled her with science and told her she needed expensive new equipment and she would have had to take their word for it as she knows nothing about electronics or IT, so it's reassuring to find someone who doesn't exploit vulnerable customers.
