My name's Peter. I’m a mobile Personal Trainer in Dudley. I help people lose weight, get fit and feel great!
I travel to you at home, work or your local park, to provide my personal training services. 
I am based in Dudley, and also able to cover areas such as Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Kidderminster and Walsall

I've never come across anybody with more enthusiasm about diet, health and exercise than Peter. He understands that your emotions can have a massive impact on your eating and drinking (wine! !) habits. I'm a knackered mom of 3 boys who has put all of my efforts into raising them, forgetting about myself, resulting in me not recognising myself in the mirror. Peter has inspired me to change this one step at a time, incorporating exercise into my life subtlety without feeling it's too much. Our training sessions are varied which keeps my interest and he is extremely motivating. The weight is coming off and I feel healthier and more determined. I would highly recommend Peter as a personal trainer as his knowledge about nutrition and exercise is immense (and it helps that he is easy on the eye but don't tell him! ) More...

Peter has been a brilliant personal trainer. He has really motivated me to get back into shape after having my baby. He made it fit around my hectic lifestyle making it easy to maintain and keeps me on track to achieve my goals!

Peter is a great trainer, really taking in to accout your goals and your strengths and weaknesses to tailor a plan to suit you! Training with him has become fun and a hobby as opposed to a chore! Being a mum to 2 boys, it was so easy to snack on the wrong foods. Since being in touch with Peter he's gave me a plan to improve not only my fitness but my diet too. This plan fits around my lifestyle and has shown me the benefits to making time to eat a healthy meal that I love! He's made me change my mind set that training is a 'chore'. I was referred too Peter by a friend and found after having the consultation he is immensely passionate about what he does and he's approach to overall health and fitness helped me relax. He took the time too listen and understood what I wanted to get out of Personal training. Pete he helped me so much with losing my baby weight I always felt so down and unhappy with my body and just didn't know where to start and what to eat.
