Shawn, the owner of Petal Forest, is phenomenal to work with. She asks all the right questions and then produces above and beyond your expectations. We had a month to plan my daughter's wedding and had 2 venues needing flowers. Aside from the bride, the Petal Forest flower arrangements were a highlight of the wedding and they were spectacular. I can't say enough wonderful things about Shawn and her team at Petal Forest! She was strongly recommended by a family friend and Shawn exceeded my expectations. I began to trust her from the very start. I clumsily shared my piecemeal ideas. She asked me questions about the wedding and asked me to share pictures of arrangements, colors, and flowers I liked. I knew at this point that it was important to Shawn to get to know me and understand my interests so that she could design arrangements that were perfect for the wedding day. She never became frustrated even though I had minimal knowledge about flowers. Shawn even provided samples of my bouquet, the bridesmaids' bouquets, and the center piece prior to the wedding, to determine if she needed to adapt her design to fit our preferences.On the wedding day, wow, did her team deliver! Everything was perfect. No wedding day flower horror stories here! The team members were so sweet and professional. The Petal Forest team arrived early so that set-up was complete hours before the wedding was scheduled to begin. Once they completed ceremony set-up, they headed to the second site where my husband and I held our reception. Shawn made my husband and I feel like she went out of her way to help plan flower designs for the wedding. She even designed special bouquets for me to leave for loved-ones at the cemetery; they resembled the wedding day flowers, but were unique. My husband and I booked Shawn and Petal Forest for our wedding, but have certainly found a florist to use for all occasions. Throughout our wedding planning we ordered arrangements from Petal Forrest to deliver to loved ones...again, the arrangements were incredible! I wanted a change and a friend told me that they used this florist, so I called them and told them my vision for my event, Shawn listen, she actually listened to what I was saying and to my surprise she created the most AMAZING arrangements from the information that I had given her. I just recently got married on June 30th! And I must say that Shawn is amazing!!!! Like most brides, we tend to be anal and we want perfection! Petal Forest delivers that and more! I told her what my vision was and at times I would change my mind, but Shawn was so patient with me. She listened to me and I appreciated her professionalism and drive to ensure my happiness! We met up several times at a nearby Starbucks to go over notes, and to check the details of the wedding. As a bride, when you are dealing with so many vendors, prompt communication is important and Shawn made it so easy to work with her. Whenever, I sent an email or text, she would respond promptly or she would always call for clarification. Everything I wanted, Petal Forest delivered that and so much more. The flowers were so fresh and they lasted for over a week after the wedding. My wedding guests are still talking about how beautiful the flowers were at  my ceremony and reception. Petal Forest offers first class service at affordable prices!! I told Shawn that she is my florist for life. Shawn did an amazing job with the flowers for my wedding. Everyone at the wedding couldn't stop talking about how beautiful they were. My vision of what I wanted my flowers to look like came to reality at my wedding reception. Everything was just perfect. The petal forest staff was extremely professional, creative, and pleasant. Coming from a family that formerly had a floral business, i tend to be a bitanal!  Petal Forest surpassed all expectation from the design to the staff! The most beautiful unique, jaw dropping and creative arrangements!I have hired Petal Forest for  a baby shower, and b-day party and nowhave added the biweekly service to my office!
