Sue and Chris very welcoming and friendly when I went for a preliminary visit. Sue reassured me all my dog's needs would be catered for and that she would have her normal routine. What can I say. Reading Sue’s such great reviews I thought it’s too good be true so I thought I’d see for myself! ..Sue really is the real deal and I cannot recommend her enough. Sue proved to be professional, honest, reasonably priced, kind, considerate of mine and all my dogs needs, experienced, efficient and more. Sue was available last minute, arranged a meet & greet with myself & my dogs at my home (we all instantly warmed to her) and was very clear as to what was expected of her & all was agreed. I was left assured that Sue would be perfect for us and our 3 dogs. The day came and my mind was certainly at rest about leaving the dogs whilst out all day. We contacted Sue after finding her details online as we needed someone to look after our two doggies as we were due to have a baby and I hated the thought of my dogs being alone for long stretches of time. Sue came over to our house to meet the dogs (they loved her immediately of course!) and to chat about how it might work. The biggest worry I had was not knowing when I might go into labour and needing someone last minute to look after the dogs but Sue put my mind at ease and told us she could come anytime at all, all we needed to do was pick up the phone. Rest assured, that’s exactly what she did! The morning I was in labour, lying in the hospital bed worrying about the dogs, my husband called Sue to see if she could go to our house and look after our doggies and she immediately set off to ours and kept them company all day. Sue was so kind and understanding and I’ll be forever grateful for her help and companionship to our two dogs. Sue and Chris were fantastic from start to finish.
We were shown around there home which put our mind at ease, all questions were answered we left feeling relived.
We were updated every few days and sent pictures on a regular basis.
Our Japanese Akita inu loved his holiday with them and made a pal Treacle. I would highly recommend Sue and Chris at Pet and house sit service. 5 star service.
