The Jhb City and South branch treated our offices for rats, cockroaches and ants. The initial service was great. I unfortunately signed for the one month followup without realising the full cost of this visit. The followup was 75% of the cost of the initial visit which included 5 rat bait boxes. We still have ants visiting our kitchen. We cannot recommend this pest service to our clients. More...

NO NO NO! CPT SOUTH BRANCH - Dealt with ERIKA SMITH I booked an appointment weeks in advance for 31 August at 1pm. I also paid the full amount upfront. I scheduled time off work to go to the rental property and arrive at 12.45. At 13.10, I get an email (not even a call) saying they are running late. The email did not even give a revised time. I then have to find out myself what is happening and contacted the owner, who only made excuse after excuse. They were arriving an hour later than scheduled. Obviously, I was now irate because I cannot just sit the entire day at a rental property waiting for them to arrive. The blame was all put on the previous customer who was 45 minutes late. Well, at 30 minutes late they should have already informed customers after that there was a delay, not 10 minutes after the appointment was scheduled. They should have forfeited the customer who was late to the appointment instead of stuffing others up. I then had to arrange for my domestic to go there this morning to let them in at 8am (At THEIR CONVENIENCE), as this was the only time, they could now fit my cancelled appointment in. Now frustratingly I am unable to be there to supervise, which is what I planned to yesterday. I got a message from the domestic something on the curtains were broken, and the4 wals and windos were not terribly dirty , so I then send a polite message to the owner “Please could you send a supervisor to the house as it seems something have broken” The response was a voicenote. A bitter one, passing the buck again, trying to protect herself from damage done. Instead of saying we will investigate what has happened, it was another excuse of why they not at fault. All I wanted was someone there to check what has actually happened and give me feedback. I tell her I don’t appreciate her tone, and this was the exact reason why I wanted to be on site. It was followed up high pitched condescending tone about her being in the industry for many years and she was walking (Obviously interrupted her walk). And that there is ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong, they are used to dealing with it all the time. I then had to send my poor mum to go to the site, she too was appalled and decided its best they just get out the property and we arrange alternative measures to fix the mess made. I then asked the owner if she realises how she has treated me as a customer? Her response was” Olivia, if you feel mis treated please email formal complaint with PROOF to Erika” Are you for real? Read your WhatsApp thread and voicenotes and check what time your appointment was originally scheduled for. I have asked for a refund, and will be taking this further should the refund not be processed. To top it off, instead of trying to sort out the issue and blaming customers for everything she just blocks you. Really poor attention to basic detail - after coming back a second time to clean built in cupboards as they weren’t done properly 1st time, I’ve spent 2 hours so far this morning cleaning dust out of cupboards before clothes can be packed. Really, really poor!

Muizenberg. Cape Town. Getting information from this company is like pulling teeth, and appointments aren't even guarantee'd. 31 October: I mailed using the online enquiry form on the website. No response. 1 November: I sent a follow up mail using the contact email provided on the website. No response. 3 November: This morning I mailed kindly requesting acknowledgment of my requests, to which Londiwe responded that she has forwarded the mail and is investigating why I haven't received a quote yet. I then received a one-liner email from Monique stating the price of the service I was requesting. Mails have been going back and forth, questions in my mails being ignored - questions I have been asking in my correspondence since 31 October - and the last straw was being told I could expect the team to be late arriving at the appointed time.
