Neil’s depth of knowledge and understanding has been amazing. His wide variety of exercise’s and techniques keeps me motivated and I look forward to the sessions because they are never boring.
At 52 I’ve never participated in any kind of fitness before. I noticed I was gaining weight more easily and becoming stiff and less mobile.
I was nervous and apprehensive at the prospect of personal training, but after speaking to Neil he put my mind at rest and he has gently started me on my fitness journey.
I have been training for several months now and feel more connected to my body, more in tune and in harmony.
The results are really beginning to show both in weight loss and general toning and fitness.

Neil is an amazing Personal trainer. He always keeps me motivated which helps me going further. Always ready to fit in your schedule and very adjusting.
He has a lots of different types of sets of exercises and every time its something new. The
sessions are very interesting with the music and sometimes he brings the swiss ball or dumbles or boxing gloves. I have seen a lots of difference in myself after Neil started training me.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a running background, which included running the half marathon in under 70 minutes. I work with customers on a 1-1 basis, and so I'm delighted that I can help clients to improve their fitness and achieve their health goals.

Training online is very popular, most clients can be a bit hesitant to start with but it's definitely the way forward as a cost effective solution.

Brought online coaching to the fore, I was hesitant to start with but in reality for my clients it has been the best solution for them.
