I help build HEALTHY bodies for REAL people. I'm NOT a 120 lbs Barbie doll or bodybuilder. I'm a real person, who also struggles with fluctuations in size and weight, but one thing remains constant...I LOVE to workout and help people feel better and stronger!
I train clients in my private fitness studio in York (17404) and outside (weather permitting). I offer a half-priced consultation to we can meet and you can see my set-up. Some of these equipment we use includes: TRX, Rip Trainer, med balls, swiss balls, sandbags, free weights, vibration plate, Olympic bars, and so much more. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I keep clients accountable outside of training sessions, and try to make exercise as fun and rewarding as possible.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Training for the "body of your dreams" requires dedication, perseverance, hardwork, and a healthy diet. It's impossible to out-train a bad diet, so that has to become a priority as well as increasing physical activity.

What do you love most about your job?

I LOVE working out and sharing my passion for exercise and fitness with others. I enjoy helping people feel better about their bodies, gain strength, and be able to do activities they previously couldn't do.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I come from a large family of entrepreneurs. My parent's own their own business, so it's somewhat "in my blood."

Why should our clients choose you?

I help my clients build healthier bodies, while trying to make it as fun as possible. I push my clients past their self-imposed limitations, but we also laugh and carry-on. I mix up the workouts every session, so it's never boring, and clients don't plateau with their results.
