If you’re looking for a great gym with a good selection of equipment this is the one! It’s a hidden gem and everyone there is friendly, I’d go here over any other gym in the area. Love this gym! I was able to get in a great workout, visiting for the weekend, reasonable day pass price. Front desk staff on a Saturday at 3pm, was nice enough to give me a quick tour of the layout. Great energy and I didn’t have to fight for equipment. Great location. More...

Very fair price, nice staff, clean... I fell in love with this gym during my first workout. If you work in the city or attend the local Tidewater community college the location is perfect, ask about the free classes that are offered.
