Just completed my first month and lost 5cm off my waist and 3% body fat. Really good results especially as I am not a newcomer to the fitness regime but just thought I would try this programme. Have really enjoyed it. Jake and Rach are tough trainers so they get the results and we all have a laugh along the way. So go on give it a go. More...

I have almost completed 1 month of Body planners fitness and nutrition plan. I have lost a centimetre off my waist and 2 cm off my hips . I feel fitter and healthier and I've really enjoyed the classes. I have also met some great ladies who I've had fun and a great laugh with. I joined BP training 9 Months ago and my life has changed. The trainers Jake and Rachel dont just provide the fitness element of personal training. They also give excellent dietary advise
Training 3 times weekly and eating healthily has become routine.
My family and work colleagues have noticed how trim and curvy I've become.

Body Planners is a relaxing, friendly environment with a great group of people who are highly supportive to one another.

Jake and Rachel are extremely knowledgable and make it their business to ensure that you better yourself each week and therefore achieve your goals.
With support in both food and exercise, in the space of a month I have lost body fat and centimetres all over.
I feel much fitter, stronger and happier with myself �

I started on the body planners programme 6 months ago and I absolutely love it! I actually look forward to all my sessions and can see the progress I have made. Jake and Rachel are great and push you when needed plus the support that is available from them both and the rest of the body planners group is fantastic. After doing many diets and gym routines over the years I was recommended Body Planners. I started back in November and seen some fantastic results. It's not a yo yo diet or a quick fix, it's real achievable fitness and nutrition for life. I will never go back to diet plans as I now know they are not sustainable in real life. Body Planners is! Rachel and Jake are incredibly knowledgable and supportive and I've met some lovely fellow Body Planners along the way, having a laugh and making training enjoyable. I can't recommend BP enough. I've been doing the Body Planners programme for 8 months now and have truly found something that motivates me not only to train better but also to consider the difference proper nutrition makes. My posture has improved, I have muscle definition in my arms and shoulders and eating better has actually reduced the number of migraines that I get which is something I've suffered with all my adult life. Only just started out with body planners in Barnsley.... done 3 sessions and so far so good!! They have given me a full nutrition and training guide and are going to support me to achieve my goal. Would highly recommend them - this is affordable personal training and certainly motivates me to actually go!!! I have been a member here for just under a year now and the difference to my health and well being is remarkable. From being someone who absolutely hated gyms and exercise I have now look forward to the structured training I receive 3 times a week from Rachel and Jake. I’m not in the first flush of youth but I have been encouraged and made to feel that I can achieve a fitness level that I only could imagine. Everyone is made welcome regardless of ability. It’s made me realise that exercise can be fun as well as good for you. Its one of the best things I’ve ever done and I’ve also met lots of like minded people whom I’ve come to regard as my friends.
