Viera Krivdova Personal Training offers 1:1 fitness training as well as group fitness training sessions to individuals of all ages and abilities. I have been training people first as a gym I structor and group exercise instructor for 8 years and now I work as a self employed personal trainer who goes to people's homes or gardens or meet them in the park.
I train man and women as well as couples and teenagers.
Training is adapted to persons individual ability and goals.
I use equipment like dumbells, kettlebells, trx, boxing kit, swissball.
Of course not everyone likes to exercise with equipment, in which case I have massive range of exercises people can do without any equipment and get fit and strong that way.
Since I train quite a lot of people in their 70's or peple with injuries and bad back, I chose to use more gentle approach and use more floor or pilates based exercises with no impact on their joints.
I am firm believer that there is always something one can do to get fitter, stronger and healthier and age or injury shouldn't be an obstacle.
I encourage people to do regular exercise and eat healthy so they feel great in their own body.
