My husband and I have had the pleasure of working out with Brett Short since March 2014 for our in home personal fitness training.We enjoy each of our sessions with him. We always appreciate his patience and the fact that he is able to tailor his training to the individual. He creates effective strengthening and weight loss programs following our respective objectives. His pleasant and positive attitude and his willingness to help and to work with us at our own levels while pushing us to reach further make for a successful workout. Brett is focused on us throughout the workout and he closely monitors posture and form. He has always been great at finding the right balance between keeping us challenged without ever making us wanting to quit. Brett has always been willing to accommodate our schedule to the best of his availabilities when, due to work and other commitments, we have had to reschedule our sessions.We would highly recommend Brett to anyone who is serious about improving their health, fitness level, strength, cardio and weight loss, and at the same time looking for a knowledgeable, fun to work with, dedicated trainer. I have been with Kin Sze for about two months now and I have to say that it's been great. As a personal trainer, Kin managed to identify my weaknesses and develop a training schedule to reinforce my base fitness level, flexibility and endurance. He is very knowledgeable and I always learn something new at the end of my session. This is the first time I have hired a personal trainer and it's been worth it. Even after a short amount of time, Kin's training combined with good eating habits have given me great results that I can apply to other sports and martial arts that I practice. I have been using the services of Kin Sze, personal trainer, for approximately 5 months. Prior to this, I had great difficulty walking, ice skating or any activity without pain in my hips and back. Every time I started an exercise program, I managed to get myself injured and in worse shape than I was in. Kin has been respectful of my injuries and pain and I can honestly say that I am now say that I am pain-free and I ma extremely grateful to Kin for this. I didn't think that I would be walking like I was 16 years old again. Kin has helped me to build a strong core and foundation that will help me to get to the next level of fitness and weight loss. I would recommend Kin to anyone who has pain and wants to avoid medication and possibly surgery. More...
