My name is Andrew Foley I'm a Personal trainer at Goodlife Chermside, I just completed the Trigger Point course, it was excellent I highly recommend to other Personal Trainers, either as another skill for the toolbox or to stand out from the crowd. On a personal note I feel that I am moving a lot better and I'm more relaxed than I have been, using the Trigger Point kit. Chaddy and Josh from PTA are great coaches the course was informative and fun. More...
