How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Clients will initially be assessed on their current state of fitness. Their aims will be stated and a program will be agreed upon enabling us to achieve those aims together.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Working consistently following the agreed plan. Too many clients fail to achieve their aims because they do not commit themselves fully to the training. You have to be honest with yourself and work hard ..you'll gain nothing by cheating yourself!
What do you love most about your job?
Clients often have low self-esteem which prevents them from being the person they desperately want to be. Having a personal trainer allows them to develop their self-confidence and self-worth by changing their physical appearance as well as gaining valuable life skills.
Having the knowledge and opportunity to impart this knowledge and be able to motivate and encourage clients to take control of their own lives is extremely fulfilling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've spent many years training and instructing in karate and self-defence, and believe that I am able to offer clients a professional service which will fulfill their needs. I was trained by a succession of dedicated professionals and through my own business, will be passing on this knowledge with great enthusiasm.
Why should our clients choose you?
The skills and knowledge I pass on to clients have been gained over many years of training and actual experience. I do not do what I do just to massage either my client's ego or my own. If they have a specific aim, then they should be prepared to work hard in order to achieve it. I will be as committed as they are and work with them to succeed. Time is in short supply and I'd rather not waste mine working with someone who is happy to be told some BS because it makes them feel good. I'd rather earn my money honestly!
