About Persian food :

Classic dishes include , saffron-infused rice dishes and sumptuous slow-cooked stews using fruits such as pomegranates and quinces with herbs, meat or fish. It is a cuisine known for its abundant use of fresh herbs, balanced sweet and sour flavours and delicate spices such as saffron, dried limes and orange blossom.

Persian cooking is delicious and healthy , uses very simple and fresh ingredients which are treated individually before being brought together in a dish. The cooking methods are simple, slow cooking where the flavours have a chance to mingle and infuse together.
