This is my 2nd time using Dean for my Physio and he has always fixed my ailments and quickly. Recently, I dislocated my elbow, and with his treatments, I have my full mobility and no more pain. Dean does not try to prolong your sessions for his gain. He always spent more time with me than the alloted session because he needed to see results before I left. He also gave me a device to help my healing process quicken and this meant less time at the clinic. Dean fixed my elbow and saved me money too. He is as honest as they come. I was recommended to this clinic by a family friend after I was dealing with back pain and numbness in my legs. I went in and Dean was quick to the point and there was a-lot wrong. However he was nothing short of the best even when I didn't show improvement after a few months, and I was discouraged, he was nothing but positive. Not only did he provide me with great treatment but he also provided me with great advice and stretching routines and showed my father and I an inversion device to provide relief for my back while I was at home. Needless to say I am fully recovered and hugely grateful. I tell everyone I can if they want the best treatment they can find in the lower mainland I recommend Performax health. I came in to see Dean September 2016 with lower left side back pain and pain down my left leg. He diagnosed me and came to the conclusion that my right side of my pelvis was collapsed forwards and I also had moderate degeneration in my SI joints and facets in my lower back. Not only did I have degeneration of my joints but I also had a annular tear on my L4-L5 disc. With the help of deans FBT (Force Balance Technique) and his referral down to the Regenexx clinic in Denver, I was able to decrease my pain levels by 80-85%. And I continue to feel better everyday. They are busy for good reason.I had lower back issues from weightlifting and sports and went in to see Thomas.It was obvious Thomas was not only extremely knowledgeable but also created a program that was catered to each and every different patient to help solve their problems. Professional and expertise service. After the initial treatment plan did not work after 5 sessions, the plan changed and my injury was fixed with the help of Prolo Therapy. Performax has the knowledge, experience and the all of the expert people to fix any injury in a timely way. The facility is always cool and all of the staff is polite and helpful. I suffered with chronic pain in my lower back making my left leg completely numb for over three years. I went to countless physio clinics with no relief until I saw Dr. Kotopski at performax health group. Using the Force Balance Technique to restore symmetry in my hips and back, changed my life. I have never seen a physiotherapist tackle a lower back problem like he did and his confidence in this technique made me feel hope for the first time in years. I've been seeing him every day for a week and I'm no longer crawling on my hands and knees to get up my stairs.
I've got a slight limp still but I'm honestly considering returning to work...probably Monday or Tuesday.
