Top personal training, friendly atmosphere gets you moving out you're Comfort zone so you making them muscles grow and taking shape,and gives you the right information on nutrition,if you stick to it you see the results highly recommend to anybody you won't be disappointed

I have just recently finished a 6 week challenge at performance! My results are amazing for just 6 weeks! Diet plan is so easy to follow and classes are amazing! Loved all the instructors, and the group training classes are definitely what made it for me!! The weekly check ins are also really helpful As knowing you have to step on the scales in front of a pt really pushes you on to keep on track! Thank you everyone at performance!! Really loved it!! This is the best Gym I have ever been too everyone is so friendly and approachable for any help issues and support You may need. When I first Joined the Gym and had my first free PT session (basically showing me round the equipment and how to use it correctly ) I was asked about my goals and what I wanted from a gym, I was then asked if I would like to sign up for a 28 day challenge which would kick start my weight loss which it certainly did and some, I can now say after just finishing my challenge I have lost a massive 43.1lb just over 3 stone in the 28 days. I can't thank Performance Gym and all the Staff enough for basically turning my life round it has been the best 28 days of my life and am now looking forward to the long term plan over the next 12 months.. 9 week lean muscle plan, excellently set out and structured, having a plan and structure takes all the guess work out and prevents you just going to the gym and not progressing, the progress from a structure is great, guys at the gym friendly and willing to help

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We help our clients through mastering 3 things: accountability, training and nutrition. Not only do we provide nutrition and training solutions, we provide accountability and support that most personal trainers can't compete with.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is a combination of the accountability I mentioned before and 63 years of experience in bodybuilding methods. People are often scared at the prospect of being too bulky or large, but by manipulating the techniques that wouldn't happen. These methods have helped young men get up on stage and win trophies at bodybuilding competitions, but they've also helped women drop 3 dress sizes.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people become obsessed with training and their health. People come through the door with no prior knowledge and shredded nerves and leave their program more confidence than they've ever had and in the best shape of their life!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After starting to write nutrition plans here and there when I was 18 I became obsessed with training and the bodybuilding industry - and it turns out I was really good at it. From there I decided that it was something I was good at and passionate about so why not make it my job.
