I have been training with Berley and Jason for 2 years now and my strength and posture have improved by leaps and bounds. I suffered with chronic back pain (lumbar, thoracic and neck) for 15 years and I am finally finding relief while also increasing my exercise abilities . I’m actually jogging now! How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is arguably the most essential part of someone’s health and well-being. Your nutrition has more to do with your body than just how it looks; it controls how it operates on a cellular level. If nutrition is not dialed in, we could potentially be fighting a losing battle.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We help our clients achieve their goals by providing an in-depth “roadmap.” The roadmap provides a progressive path to success. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is simple and yet the hardest thing to do, and that is; Consistency!

The thing I love most about my job is helping people accomplish things they once thought wasn’t possible
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be able to help people on my own term instead of someone else’s agenda that’s normally controlled by money.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because I feel that I offer a different approach to fitness. I ensure my clients have the skills and knowledge to succeed with or without me.
Nutrition Coaching
With my nutrition coaching I focus on the How and Why with nutrition. Instead of just giving my clients some “diet” the try for a short period of time, I coach my clients how to eat and understand nutrition for life
Personal Training
We call this Performance Coaching. We focus on progressing you to success instead of just giving you a purposeless “kick my butt session”
Online Training
This is exactly the same as Performance Coach just done online for clients who have there own gym or place to train. This is also for those who don’t live in the area
