When approached by a new client there is a specific number of steps that are followed within the Performance Coaching Concepts System

1. Face to face meeting to gain an in depth look at your current schedule and daily routine

2. An understanding of what approaches you have tried before, what worked and what did not work for you

3. Review of a food diary that has been kept in the week preceding our initial consult

3. Understanding why now is the time you have chosen to get on course with your health and fitness.

4. What the targets you have in mind are and a discussion around what obstacles you feel will stop you achieving your targets.

5. We will do trial session and take a few non invasive measurements to give ourselves some health and fitness baselines

This session will take 75min as it is extremely important to gain an in depth understanding of all the pieces in play to achieve the targets you have!

There is no secret.

There is only CONSISTENCY and leaving all the excuses at the door.

Unfortunately there are very few people willing to do the the work necessary to reach their target because there is no awareness of the energy, focus and effort required to complete the task.

The results we have at PCC are down to our clients and teams following the plan, how hard they train and how disciplined they are.

I love seeing the messages and smiles when we reach targets and achieve outcomes that would have felt impossible for someone 6 months earlier. Seeing the self belief, confidence and new energy that comes from a client or group member investing in themselves.

I saw a problem very early on with the level of coaching quality and care that was present in the fitness industry. I love working with people and helping people has always been second nature to me. So after deciding I was not passionate about statistics and film study I entered a new path in strength and conditioning. I knew that guiding teams and people to being the best versions of themselves was my calling.

This career and path has led me around the world working with and learning from some of the greatest minds. I have spent countless hours studying and £1000’s educating myself on the best ways to achieve performance and success.

I will point out straight away that if you want someone to babysit you and give you what you want then I am not the Coach for you.

If you are willing to listen to what you need to do to achieve your targets, build a health and fitness foundation that is achieved through consistency and effort then I am the man for the job. The results achieved are due to your discipline and execution of the training plan. Many people talk action but at Peformance Coaching Concepts it is demanded.

I have spent 17 years working in the trenches of this industry where I have seen fads come and go but simple basic steps have always worked time and time again. There are no MAGIC Pills here...only hard work. There are no banned foods or ridiculous water fasts and yes sometimes its ok to have a glass of wine and some chocolate, actually it is encouraged at the right time and place.

This is our high end coaching service for people who want their own personalised programme for training and nutrition.

This service provides all of the benefits of having your own Personal Trainer at a fraction of the costs - We tailor everything we do for your needs

This service includes:

-Choose from 8 or 12 Sessions per month, all of which are taken by a specialist Personal Trainer
-A Personal Nutrition Plan
-Specialist Initial 90 Day Goal Setting Session-meaning we look at all the obstacles that have stopped your success in the past and how we can tailor your program to ensure we get the results you want!
-Flexible booking times - We have 6 Available Sessions per day
-Maximum of 6 people per session - this means you get the best mix of hugely effective coaching AND support from others on the same path.

Do you want to have your coach exclusive to yourself? Whilst you enjoy the benefit of not having to wait for any equipment in a busy gym you also have the luxury of not having to share your trainer with anyone else.

Our personal training programmes have come from 17 years of coaching and supporting high level athletes both in and out of season, business professionals who need to make healthful life changes to ensure they can handle their packed professional and family calendars and normal everday men and women who are simply sick and tired of not getting the results that they want.

We are very proud of our reputation for putting muscle on even the hardest of gainers. It is a reputation that we have had for a long time and we will do nothing to compromise that. Unlike most personal trainers who will take on any client, no matter how wavering their commitment, we are very particular about who we take on as a client, especially for a 12 week intensive workout programme for Muscle Fitness, Muscle Building or Bodybuilding. To this extent there are certain conditions that we demand each client agrees to before embarking on these workout programmes.

That sounds great you may think but wait just one second....

What is needed from you before you commit?

1.Make the time to train with us three times a week. We are willing to work at any time of the day or night, and will even open the gym at 4am if you ask us very nicely! There are always legitimate reasons not to exercise, but we will not accept that you can’t find the time for a 12-week period which, relative to your life-span, is a tiny amount of time.

2. Accept that you must follow the 90/10 rule. 90% of what you do from exercise to food intake must be EXACTLY as we tell you. The other 10% we leave to your conscience.

3. Give 100% effort throughout the workouts and maintain a positive approach at all times.
