Although I've only recently started personal training with Jordan he has made me feel completely motivated to reach my goals! Setting realistic goals with a diet that fits in around my job has made staying on plan realistic. After only a few sessions I already feel the improvements in my fitness.

Alongside personal training sessions I have also attended Jordan's HIIT classes. I found these to be a fun way in which to increase my fitness levels in a social way.

I would highly recommend Jordan as a personal trainer. I'm so glad I made the choice to change my lifestyle and I'm excited to see my future results.

I went to college with Jordan and found that out of 150 students in a year... Jordan was one of the most driven individuals i have ever met. .. He is very punctual, hard working, smart, talented and was willing to put in the extra effort after hours to ensure the job was done correctly.... I watched him go through his personal training and was astounded by the level of commitment he gave: I know he is an amazing personal trainer and will get the job done and will work day and night to ensure you get the results you want ... putting the 'personal' into personal fitness trainer... highly recommended! I love training with Jordan. He's so passionate about fitness and a healthy lifestyle.One year ago I started to take part in his classes. They have a fantastic energy about them. You never feel uncomfortable even if you are only starting, everyone is friendly. I always thought I will not change much as I'm a average size.Once I started to go to the classes I got infected by the fitness bug and started also PT with Jordan. His energy is incredible and he's very supportive and motivating. He's always pushing me to the limits and past what I thought my limits where.Jordan is great on advice in regards to the right diet as well and with his help I lost some weight but more importantly quiet a few inches. I never been as toned before and never felt better about myself. Fitness became a great part of my life now and I know with the help of Jordan I can reach my new goals easily.I can only highly recommend him to anyone who is wanting to make a change. More...

I have been having PT with Jordan once a week since January and have managed to lose weight and tone up. The training and diet progammes Jordan designed for me alongside Bootcamp and Circuit classes have made me feel like a new person. I went from being unmotivated, feeling down, hating exercise and hating the way i looked, to really enjoying exercise, feeling happier in myself and loving the change my body was making. With Jordans expertise, I can not wait for the New Year, to push harder for the summer body I have been working for. I could not praise Jordan enough! Been going to Jordan's classes for 2 years now and I still look forward to going every week. Every week I'm able to push myself to the limit but new people can still work to there own abilities. It is so much fun exercising within a group and I've made friends with everyone. I would defiantly recommend coming along even if you don't feel confident as you will not regret it. More...

I first met Jordan when he led the 'abs blast' classes at 'The Gym'. He is approachable, friendly, welcoming and really motivates everyone to push themselves to the best of their ability. He is very attentive to his clients, making sure exercises are carried out with correct form and helps if anyone needs support or encouragement. I was sad to see him move on from 'The Gym' but when I heard of his new HIIT and Abs classes that started recently, I was so eager to give it a go! It's only been running for a few weeks but I have already started noticing some very positive changes with my body and fitness and I look forward to this class every week, becoming a solid part to my weekly routine! As someone who enjoys variety within their training (gym, strength training and classes -Zumba, Insanity & HIIT) I can honestly say his classes are top notch! I really enjoy the combination of body weight exercises, cardio & boxing whilst sometimes adding in equipment and weights. It's this combination which gets results FAST. I have recently started personal training with Jordan and have attended both his bootcamps and HIIT sessions. Being someone who struggles to motivate themselves to exercise, Jordan is a great trainer and really helps to motivate you and pushes you to reach your goals. He provides you an atmosphere that you are guaranteed to feel comfortable in. Each week I look forward to new challenges and attending his classes. His organisation skills and knowledge shows through his diet plan and training, offering you a variety of delicious and healthy meals along with workouts that are tailored to your body. I've been to a few of Jordan's group classes and have really enjoyed them. He manages to pack in a range of different fitness exercises that everyone can be capable of taking part in as well as considering each individual's capabilities and catering for them. Jordan provides a lot of motivation, encouragement and support to all his clients as well as going the extra mile with providing fitness and diet plans and opportunities for personal training sessions. Attended my first boot camp session last night, recommend by a friend and it was brilliant! Was made to feel very welcomed, the class itself was fun and varied. Jordan is very good at motivating you and giving advise if you feel like you aren't doing a specific exercise well enough and no question is made to feel as though it it's a silly question. Tried various classes over the years and would 100% say it's the best class I've been to! Feel although I worked harder here than in the gym! Attended Jordan's Bootcamp at Bob Carter in Drayton on Sunday, despite reservations I would be the only bloke! Good fun, felt like it was a really hard workout but given the variety the hour went quickly, really enjoyed it and will be back next week

Jordan is an excellent personal trainer, professional yet extremely friendly, making you feel at ease. I have always got the most out of my 121 sessions with him as he gives a very personalised service. Jordan is very encouraging which helps you achieve your goals. I must say Jordan has really helped me to meet goals I want. With not only a gym plan but also a diet plan which has helped me change the shape of my body and feel better over all. It's early days but in 8 weeks I feel a lot better and am really looking forward to the next 8. I didn't know if I was eating right or wrong foods but Jordan has pointed me in the right direction getting the right balance. Anyone wishing to get fit/lose weight. Being Jordan's twin sister and watching him grow up and achieve his dreams people reading this review will probably think I'm going to be very bias. .. That is not the case at all, nothing but honesty right here. Jordan is a very Harding working personal trainer, he pushes and pushes to get amazing results, I have never seen anyone so dedicated to what they love doing. I highly recommend jordan, he is by far the best personal trainer I have worked with.
