I can't say I liked every workout but they were extremely effective. My diet wasn't always 100% but when I was slacking we worked together to try figuring out a way to tweak things so I could see progress. .. Excellent private sessions!!! Will be signing up again soon! More...

Roz is a great personal trainer. She is sweet but tough. She has a way of getting her point across when you're not doing what you're supposed to do. She is great at following up with you and making sure you are sticking to the plan. I would highly recommend Roz. I just wish she were closer to me. That trip from Cary to Knightdale was tough for someone who hates to drive. More...

I was use to working out but wanted to do something different and also support someone local in the community so when I met up with Roz she treated me just like a paying customer she didn't go easy on me and she kept at me. She pushed me to the next level and helped me to understand what I was working toward. She guided me and made sure I stayed in the right direction. Give her 8 or 12 weeks and she will transform your body and teach you the proper way of healthy eating and how to make it a lifestyle. More...

I absolutely loved Roz! She helped me realize dieting is not the way to lose weight and keep it off. I needed a lifestyle change when it came to eating. She also was the push i needed to workout. My weekly workout with her would be brutel and leave me sweaty, but they would also leave me energized and with new ideas for implementing stuff at home. A healthy diet is very important to your health. I am a strong believer of getting healthy from the inside - out. Knowing to eat, when to eat is what we specialize in. I didn't always eat healthy. I became over weight and was diagnosed with high blood pressure. I was put on medication. I changed my diet by eating healthy foods while I continued to exercise. By doing this improved my blood pressure allowing me to stop the medication.

We write down goals and obstacles. We revisit our goals often to make sure we are still on the right track. I hold them accountable for their workouts and their meal.

There is no secret. It's just healthy eating, working out and being consistent.

Seeing results. When my clients follow the program they see results. I love getting text or calls from clients saying they can finally fit in a pair of jeans they haven't been able to wear in years. I love when a client posted on social media that their blood pressure has went down 20 points. I love seeing a client PR in a race. I LOVE what I do.

I started Perfectly Portioned Fitness to save my life while helping others do the same. I love to teach and helps others. I wanted teach people how to live a healthy fun lifestyle while keeping me accountable for my own health.
