Perfectly Clean did such an amazing job. I am so happy with their service Heather was so prompt, professional, and thorough. As she was walking out the door she stopped to get the smallest spot on the floor that she saw out of the corner of her eye. I'm pretty sure my cat made that spot as I let her out of the bedroom, and Heather saw it right away. I was so impressed. I used four other cleaning services in 2018 before I found Perfectly Clean. My long time cleaner had a family emergency and had to quit. I decided not to continue with that company, as they couldn't send out two cleaners. I tried three other services. One of them started out well, but gradually went downhill. The other two were unreliable at the very beginning. I got so tired of extreme late arrivals or no shows without bothering to tell me. I hired Perfectly Clean in December. For the initial cleaning, the owner Heather was supposed to have a partner, but there was a problem, and she was unable to come. Her manager did come and help out toward the end of the job. But I have no complaints because I got nearly ten hours of cleaning! Since then, there have been absolutely no problems whatsoever. There was one occasion someone was running late, but she texted me, which is absolutely fine. For five months, I had consistency in the same two cleaners every time. One of my girls went back to school, so I lost her, but Jennifer, the manager, has continued to clean my house, and now I have seen Roxanne twice, so hopefully I can continue with the two of them. They are fast, but thorough. They really care about the quality of the job they are doing. There have been a couple of times I had to mention something that was missed, or done not quite as well as it should be, but they always cheerfully address my concerns. And it's never anything very major. On top of all that, they are a lot cheaper than all of my previous services. They are about 20% less expensive than the most expensive of the four others I used. They do offer a 5% discount for seniors, which I am able to take advantage of. My one quibble is I would like it if they had an automatic payment option, so I don't have to write a check every time, but it's such a minor niggle that it's not worth taking a star off for. More...

If you are looking for an outstanding cleaning service, then Perfectly Clean is the way to go. We have used other cleaning services in the past and they don't even compare to Perfectly Clean. They leave no stone unturned in making your house spotless. Heather, the owner/operator, and her employees really know how to do a thorough job.
