Perfect Water

We recently purchased the RO water system from Perfect Water.  My sales person was extremely honest and explained the entire operation of this system to me. He was not one of those "pushy" sales guys.  Years ago We had a Culligan RO and found literally no difference in the taste of our water.. We live in Niskayuna, NY.. It's suppose to be great water !  It was Not until this system went in that I was amazed  at how great it tasted I was also AMAZED at how  much of the Bad Stuff was removed as my sales guy came back a week later to do a Test.  I also decided to  add the mineral cartridge to this water and was literally blown away.. Our water is Better than Evian! This company is both honest and forthright in their sales and service installers.. We are Extremely pleased with this system.. When we purchased our first home together, my wife and I had no idea that well water would be such a pain. Our well has massive turbidity and we have a ton of clay. When we moved in, there was a system setup which seemed to work fine for two adults, however we have two boys. The system consisted of an injection of Aluminum Oxide (alum) and Bleach into the water when it came in the house and then settled in three huge holding tanks.About three years after we moved in, our holding tanks started springing leaks. Unfortunately these are not fixable and new tanks are expensive. We called Perfect Water to see what they had in mind.Kyle Scheffler came to our house and I was surprised at how much time he spent with us, and how patient he was answering all our questions. Also I never felt pressured into buying anything. In fact, after doing some tests he determined we didn't even need the water softener that was installed when we purchased the home. Based on this we decided to try Perfect Water. It took a few weeks for the install but it was done in about 5 hours. One of the owners came over to make sure things were progressing well. Also part of our filter media was missing from our order but Kyle came back about a week after the initial install and put it in.Since then we have not had to worry about how much water we use so the kids can have a bath etc. No sulphur rotten-egg smells when we do the dishes etc. It was not inexpensive, but seeing how intense our problem was first-hand it didn't surprise me that a proper solution was going to be expensive.I just got a call and an e-mail from Kyle the other day, about 6 months after the install asking how things were going etc. To me, this is great customer service. I would definitely recommend Perfect Water to others if for nothing else than an initial consult. More...
