Rich is our go to pet guy! We got a new puppy for Christmas 2016 and Rich was great at helping train her and even worked with our kids to "train" them! We had him come back a year later for a refresher visit and received additional tips and tricks to improve our dogs behavior. We love our dog and are very satisfied with the training we received from Perfect Pooch. This year we got a lizard for Christmas and Rich gave us tips and tricks for it as well. We got a rescue dog about 6 months ago who had some fear aggression/anxiety issues. Rich was very friendly and helped us work with her. He listened patiently to our concerns and provided coaching on how to overcome the behavior problems we were having. Thanks to him all the members of our family have learned a lot about working with dogs and her behavior has improved tremendously. We now sincerely enjoy having her as part of the family. After a year of craziness with a new fur baby, we engaged in the services of Perfect Pooch. Our issues were all across the board from jumping, to nipping, to one dog attacking another dog, to pulling on the leash and a few other things we could not get under control. The transformation has been amazing with just three sessions. We didn't realize how much we didn't know about our own dogs and dog behavior in general. The time we have spent with Rich is invaluable, I wish we would have never waited a year. Our home with three dogs has become peaceful rather than a home of constant yelling, "no, stop" without ever getting any response. Walking is becoming enjoyable. Things don't happen overnight, but you can see immediate results with just one session if you integrate what you are taught. The rest is up to us as dog parents to stick to what we have learned.
