I come here quiet often. I live on the opposite side of Raleigh, about 30 mins one way to get my facials and massages. I will always be a loyal customer and never go anywhere again. Everybody is friendly and actually listen to your wants and needs. Their products are amazing as well. What a perfect place I just found!, such a relief.
We just moved here and this is my first time trying a new spa, I was nervous cause I've been doing microdermoabrasion and other treatments in my country, so this meant a big new change for me, it was exactly what I wanted, Hanna was great, since I contacted her for my appointment, she was explicative, she asked me about my skin and most important, listened to me, knowing exactly what I wanted and what kind of treatments are more convenient to do in a future for my skin type. Having had countless facials in the Raleigh area, I am no stranger to what a good facial is. Today I treated myself to a facial at Perfect Impact Salon & Spa. What an unbelievably wonderful experience!  Ideally located in Morrisville, it is within minutes of Raleigh, Cary and Apex.  Hanna, the owner and esthetician, personally gave me an unforgettable facial.  Her knowledge of skin care and treatment for skin concerns was addressed and she recommended the Vitamin C facial.   However, this facial was no ordinary facial.  She had just the right touch and did not rush through the treatment.  In addition to the facial, I was treated to a relaxing hand, arm, shoulder and neck massage.   Afterwards, my face looked radiant!! I had a healthy glow and was extremely happy with the results of reduced fine lines and dark age spots. Hanna uses her own line of skin care products, "Hanna Therapeutics" (also available for purchase).  All natural-based ingredients; they smell wonderful!  The best part of my facial was the reasonable prices for all of her treatments.  I will be returning again in 2 weeks for an enzyme and microderm facial.  I promise you will not be disappointed with your spa  treatment at Perfect Impact Salon & Spa. Nirmala is a delight and professional! She took her time and paid very much attention to detail! I only had 3 request which were to clean my eyebrows, keep the shape and keep them thick! She did all 3 and more! Nirmala is very good with back facial. She is customer friendly pays attention to all the details, very good at massaging.
