The team at Perfect Painter and Home were a pleasure to work with. Michael came to my home to assess the scope and parameters of my project and proceeded to set me up with the 'perfect' team of people. From Rob the site coordinator to Brian and Mohammed the carpenters together they were able to envision and materialize my unconventional creative ideas so as to transform my staircase into a architectural 'feature' piece; all within a very reasonable budget. . I had my deck painted by Perfect Renovations and I couldn't be happier. It was a great experience from start to finish, from the phone operator who took my call to the sales rep who came out to quote my project to the staff that completed the job.
I was impressed with their courtesy and professionalism as well as their commitment to the project timeline I had discussed. I was so happy with the project that I decided to have them come back to quote on finishing my basement.

I hired Perfect Painter for a complete reno of a condo apartment. To my biggest surprise, the company provided an exceptional service.
All jobs were co-ordinated in a timely manner with an appropriate quality. The issues and problems were resolved painlessly. The company went above and beyond perusing the quality of services. Even when an unexpected problem arose after the job completion, it was fixed at no cost to me and with the minimal disturbance. The services aren't cheap but they are worth every penny.
The project manager Les Jarosz deserves a special recommendation. This guy managed to resolved all issues, manage all trades, deliveries and issue with the condo management like it was a walk in a park. If there was a medal for the best service, Les Jarosz deserves two of them. Thank you so much, Les and Perfect Painters.

I had hardwood installed in my whole house (860 sqft) and had my stairs changed from carpet to oak.
I had Wayne come over to give me an estimate, and the thing I really liked is he listened to what I wanted.
I could do some basic handy work and wanted to save money. So we agreed that I would pull all the carpet from the stairs, remove the spindles, and go and buy the new stair threads, and stain and varnish them. This saved me $1500 off the next lowest quote that I got, by contractors who said they do the whole process not just parts of it. But that’s not where the savings ended. Once I gave my deposit Wayne told me where to pick-up solid 1’ thick oak threads at $35 a piece ($65 for custom curved threads – Note you have to make your own cardboard template for each custom step). This is about half the price of the online stores that sell custom stair threads. Don’t even think about buying threads from a big box store, they are only oak veneer and will not last, better to spend an extra $5 per step and get true solid oak.
There were some unexpected delays but 2 weeks later Tony and his crew of 5 showed up and laid the floor in the whole house in 1 day. He was awesome; the quality of work was top notch as shown in the pictures attached. He came back the next day and finished off the stairs.
A tip for the stairs: when you’re ready to put the spindles back in to save a lot of time & money, do the following. Number each spindle when you take it out, so you can put them back in the exact same spot. Dry fit the spindles in the hole before the workers come. You do this by using a very sharp knife on the spindle pegs so they go right in without you having to hammer them down. I found that after painting the spindles I couldn’t get them to go in without doing this.
My final invoice was as agreed, there was no extra charges added which I had happen with other contractors and was worried about. As you can see in the pictures the final results look great which is why Perfect painters earned a 10 on my reno job.

We have used Perfect Painter for several jobs now. I chose them the first time beacuse of their professional manner of answering the phone! I'm glad I did. That professional service extends throughout all that they do. They are very easy to work with, not high pressure. I hired Perfect painters to paint the main floor of my house. They were professional, courteous and did an amazing job, giving a lot of attention to detail and cleaned up after they were finished.
I also hired one of their design associates to help me pick colours. It was definitely worth the time and money, as I have had so many compliments on colour scheme and the professional paint job that they did.

Excellent team: Dennis, Labros and Chris. Well experienced painters 10y+ each painted a complex wainscoting project through entire main floor and stairway. The key was the prep, filling, sanding and refilling. They took no shortcuts and even redid a few spots that didn't reach their expeditions. THey went above and beyond painting the walls as well as they pointed out and fixed drywall unevenness and other imperfections left by the builder. They even added 2 days to the job at no extra cost to make sure all these elements were taken care of. And as for price I had 4 quotes and Perfect Painter came in right in line with everyone else.
