We just had the best Christmas party at Artshed Arts and Craft Centre catered by Perfect Day.
The food tasted better than I can describe! All of our guests couldn't believe how lovely the food looked and when they ate it couldn't praise Bev's cooking skills and presentation enough!
If you are thinking of getting a caterer for your work do, birthday party or wedding you have to use Perfect Day. Beverley creates all her food with so much thought and care.
The white chocolate mousse with passionfruit and macadamia nuts was a marriage made in heaven! This is going straight on our Artshed Crafternoon Tea menu! Probably the best dessert I've ever tasted!
The Christmas pigs in blankets were the best sausages I've every tried and the glazed ham was a triumph!

I attended the Burns night event at The UB with the catering being done by Perfect Day Caterers and it certainly didn't disappoint! !! We were greeted by the owner of the UB welcoming us to his establishment with Beverley providing gorgeous canopies paired with an amazing white wine. We were then taken into a separate room where before each course we were told about the wine being paired with each one. It was so much fun and something new and unique for Chelmsford. The first course of soup was delicious and the haggis crouton was AMAZING!!! The main of Ox cheeks was out of this world!!! It was so good and the portion size was incredibly generous. The dessert and cheese didn't disappoint and my group went home very happy.
For something new, fresh and unique I would certainly recommend Perfect Day Caterers. You certainly will not be disappointed by the quality of the food.

What a find!. We needed a caterer for my 40th Birthday party which we opted to make a black tie stand up event. We also wanted to give the business to a local caterer. Beverley took the brief and made clear suggestions within the budget we had. Not only that but was happy to use the facilities provided (Shared with another Chef) and then produced wonderful modern food in the form of canapes and bowl food which was married with our event perfectly. Beverley & her team catered our wedding last weekend & they did such a fantastic job! The food was delicious, so many of our guests made sure they told us how much they enjoyed it (as did we! ). Beverley and the Perfect Day team catered our wedding in April 2018. From the start we gave Beverley a more difficult challenge as our original caterer had been forced to cancel with only 7 weeks to go! She could not have been more reassuring and got us in quickly for a tasting, promising to match the original plans we had. From this point it was very clear that he organizational skills are what make her stand out, and at no point right up until the day did we feel ill at ease or unclear with any of the plans. She made adjustments to our personal taste, and was patient when we adjusted the running order and format slightly. On the day, everything ran so smoothly. From the drinks service and canapés right down to the plated desserts the day ran perfectly and just as we hoped. We served a non traditional bowl food buffet for 90, which was perfect for the informal gathering we wanted. The food was hot and plentiful with the choices tailored exactly to what we had requested. We even had items that we hadn’t tasted in advance (due to us changing our minds) which turned out to be superb on the day (the Mexican Chicken was the best!!). The desserts were also fabulous, with so much attention to detail in terms of the individual presentation. We had so many great comments from our guests on both the food and the format.Beverley also worked so hard to keep the price in line with our original plans as well. Even when we made changes she was able to mostly incorporate these in under the ballpark original quote. In the wedding industry you get so used to being charged for every tiny increment, it was so refreshing to work with someone who was clearly just being upfront and not looking for an opportunity to make extra money here and there at every turn. Thank you Beverley and your wonderful team of chefs and staff for putting on such a fabulous day for us! What a day! Beverley and her team we're a massive part of making our wedding day so special! We had almost 150 guests over the course of the day and evening at Colville Hall in Essex. Every single person who attended commented to us how amazing the food was. We heard "best wedding food we've ever had" over and over. Every aspect of the catering was perfect. The Organisation and communications we had with Beverley was first class.The rest of the team from both the food, bar and waitress/serving staff we're excellent!
