Excellent facilities and good customer service, I took my 2 year old twins to this venue for the first time last week and it was an absolutely amazing experience, my only concern is the immature life guards you have employed at this venue who clearly do not represent this venue as a whole. I was literally spoken to like a minor for picking up my son as he was crying, it's a good job I had my children with me or I would have complained to this individuals manager about her etiquette and communication skills and horrible persona. venue and facilities 10/10, staff on duty at the swimming pool 0/10. Nice place for children, my 4 year old was scared of the waves but that's on him not the pool. Didn't eat there but there was lots of parking and the queue for the 1 waterslide went fairly quickly.

fantastic place Great sauna and very clean but problem with other sauna customers taking dressing gowns when left on hooks by other customer. Do not leave any items of value in dressing gown pockets.Please do not be put off by this, its simple, Secure lockers are for items of value.So give this sauna a visit YOU WILL LOVE IT!!! More...

this is a great swimming pool that's reasonably priced for family fun. Not a place to do lengths. They provide large floats and there's a wave machine along with a water slide.

First time we visited this place. Seems well put together and will keep all three of our kids (14, 12 and 11) entertained for at least two and half hours. There's a coffee shop serving the usual fast food and drinks where my wife and I sat twiddling phone's and keeping an eye on the kids.
