Having delt with Pembrokes for the past year , I wouldn't trust them to run a bath for me , Awful company that charge extortionate fees for no servicing of our property whatsoever and can’t provide any evidence of how the fees are used yet continue to take the money and charge for any late payments.

The service from Pembroke is generally very good, sometimes requiring a follow-up email to get a result but in the main a significant improvement upon previous agents. Being able to talk to the agents on site as well (with regular resident's surgeries, or just during site walk-arounds) is very much appreciated. Having moved into a Flat in Tonbridge Kent from Tunbridge Wells at the end of January 2018. I very quickly made contact with the Property Management Co looking after the maintenance etc of the block. Pembroke are based in my old home town of Tunbridge Wells.I have found them most helpful in dealing with my various requests for information as living in a block of flats rather than my own house was very new to me. It is also very reassuring to know that I am not simply a number and that which ever member of their team I speak to, I receive the same friendly professional help and advice. This goes not only for myself as a flat owner but they show the same dedication to ensure that we are all looked after and any problems or concerns are gone into thoroughly and resolved.I receive quick and prompt action whether I e-mail or telephone.
