I hosted/attended an event on 4/14 in the Sky Tower room. Anice was lovely to work with and the planning was smooth. Our event was well attended and beautifully decorated. All I can say is that I was blown away!!! I recently had my baby shower here on Saturday and when I say that Anice as well as the staff went above and Beyond my expectations, they truely did. My theme for my shower was heaven sent and Anice, did an amazing job. From the decorations, to the table setting, the food just everything was perfect. I had a baby shower at pelican on Sept. 17th, 2017 and it was absolutely amazing, the centerpieces on the tables were beautiful, the mommy station was spectacular with a beautiful back drop. And also the back drop behind my cake table was also amazing, I got everything I asked for and more, I would highly recommend pelican Ville, the customer service is awesome. On November 11th 2017 we got married at the most beautiful/amazing hall in the bronx, exactly how I visioned my day, they made it so much more than money can pay for. The decorations was spectacular the food was to die for, the DJ's were the reggae twins they couldn't have done it better , good job guys. The staff/ management were very professional and supportive, they went above and beyond to make it happen. Pelican ville IS THE PLACE FOR ALL YOUR EVENTS. All my guests enjoyed it. Just threw my son’s first birthday party here a few weeks ago (1/21/18 ) & it was nothing short from amazing. I was nervous leaving everything up to them but you guys went above my expectations. Anice & Damien surely out did their self. They literally did EVERYTHING! Down from the decorations, food, cake, candy table, entertainment, even the goody bags. I recently had my daughter's first Ballerina theme birthday party here and it was amazing! The decorations and the set up beautifully done. My Father had a 60th Birthday party on October 9th 2017, and it went extremely well. The staff was extremely helpful as it was My father's first time planning such a big event. Over a hundred people attended and in the days leading up to the event the staff kept In contact and reassured us of everything. My daughter recently celebrated her 8th birthday on Sunday, October 8th with 80s style theme. I had parties and attending in the past at Pelican Ville and knew that Anice will bring my daughter's vision to life (really mine vision). I showed Anice couple of pictures and shared some ideas and bottom line she nailed it! The cake and treat table was amazing. The decorations were breathtaking. The food was outstanding. The space was clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. We needed more chairs and more food and Anice, Damion and staff were ready and available. This family own business makes you feel so comfortable as if you were there family. I will continue to celebrate my daughter and maybe more events with the Pelican Ville. Thanks a lot to the staff of Pelican Ville!!! I had my Baby Shower here yesterday and everything was great. The staff was courteous, the food was delicious, the decorations were better than what I had envisioned, their light and sound system is very nice, the venue is very clean and cozy, the cupcakes were amazing and they looked so nice that it hurt to eat them and destroy the art ; -p. Just had our baby shower this past Sunday and it was amazing. Damien and Anice went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did they upgraded us to their Sky Tower Room, which is an amazing room, but the food was delicious and they added an additional entree to our package just because. Courteous, kind, helpful, professional, are just a few works to describe their services and them. They were there throughout the entire night and if we needed any assistances they didn't hesitate to help. Everyone one at attendance couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the decorations were and how great the food tasted. At the end of the night, literally all the left overs were taken. I hosted a baby shower for my son & his girlfriend and we had a wonderful experience. Booking the hall & additional services with Damien was smooth sailing. He was very nice and available for any questions I had prior to the event. Anice is the event planner who is fabulous! I shared my vision of decoration of the room, tables and flower centerpieces, which she brought everything into fruition beyond my expectation. Our family have used Pellicanvile on numerous occasions for our celebration needs. They have always exhibit a warm, friendly, professional, responsive, awesome, solution-finding and extraordinary customer service. The service and decors are terrific but the food is something that you will never regret. The food has always been good ,but that Mango Chicken and the Mango Salsa Salmon is like a rainbow in your mouth with an heavenly flavor of spices, juicy sweetness and a dash of tartness. I recently attended a wedding for one of my cousins at this venue. First off, let me talk about the street parking. At first I thought that it would be very hard to find parking on the street, but it was completely the opposite. We had the ENTIRE street to ourselves to park and it was more than enough for our event. As we entered the venue, we were immediately welcomed by the Pelican Ville staff, and directed into the Sky Tower room for the wedding ceremony. Once I stepped in, I noticed how elegant and clean the room was. The room had a beautiful sky light and very high ceilings that made the room feel welcoming and luxurious. After the ceremony, we went over to the Regency room for the reception. The room was well decorated and the ambience was amazing with all the uplighting that was done in the room. There was also a breathtaking chandelier in the room that caught the attention of everyone in the room. When the newlyweds were dancing, the staff turned off the lights except for the uplighting and the chandelier and it was absolutely amazing. The food was also amazing, especially the Mango Chicken. I have never tasted a type of chicken that good! After the event I spoke to the owners and asked if they sold the mango sauce... and they said YES! I was so happy that I put in an order for 2 bottles of their sauce.Overall, the event was a success and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to have their dream event become a reality. I was lured here by my mother, as a potential place for my shower, and I was blown away. Anice was in the process of decorating one of the rooms for a shower that evening, and her attention to details, and her creativity was superb. I had no idea where I wanted to have my shower, but immediately knew that Pelican Ville was the place for me. It’s intimate, clean, well-organized, and elegant. Anice was beyond professional, attentive, listened, effective communicator and an overall pleasure to deal with. Every time she and I spoke, she was pleasant and accommodating. The day of my shower everything was exactly what we discussed and much more. It was beautiful. I had an amazing time, and will highly recommend this place and Anice as your to go to decorator.
