Today we collected our Moana cake from Steph. It was absolutely brilliant, the design was exactly what we'd hoped for and my 5 year old was lost for words.
The cake cut easily (unlike other big feature cakes we've had before we found Peggy Sue!) and the cake was delicious! Sponge was yummy and the cake to icing ratio was really good.
My dairy free birthday girl was so happy she could eat her cake, as we've got used to parties where she can't share the birthday cake.

What do you love most about your job?
I love designing cakes that help my customers express their individuality, with their input and ideas we get to create a cake as unique as they are.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When planning my own wedding, I found everything to be too traditional and similar, I wanted something that represented my partner and I and the things we loved. I started baking at home and teaching myself the latest skills, I used family and friends as my guinea pigs for a while too! haha
