How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help with seemingly insignificant changes and the regular meetings give you the motivation you need in-between the weekly sessions.
It's all about the little things and not about hard work really.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
It's mostly what you put in your body and that's where I can help you the most. I'll be getting information from you while exercising and also by offering blood tests so we can make sure things are on track.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the change in people's health, fitness and body shape which all tends to bring confidence too.
