I have been training with Rich for the last 3 months now. I started with poor cardiovascular condition and it was really affecting my general health. My conditioning and strength has changed so much since working with Rich and my ability within cardio exercises has increased massively. I always receive a complete body workout which leaves me feeling so much more energised. I wasn't sure about the personal trainer route but it is one of the best things I have ever done for myself.
