I ordered two arrangements and one was gorgeous (flowers were fresh, no broken stems, looked exactly like it was pictured) and the other was pretty but had a few issues (several broken stems, flowers that had brown edges, sparse). I sent a review to the company and received a response soon after. They were very polite, professional and provided excellent customer service. Not only did they remake the arrangement, but delivered it the same day, again free of charge. I would definitely recommend Peachtree Petals (and I will absolutely use them again). Amazing Customer Service! Mynesha is one of the associates that i had an opportunity to work with. She was amazing!!! i would definitely recommend this company over any other flower delivery service. Ordered flowers online through their website to send to someone in a different state (GA). Ordered a fairly inexpensive bouquet but when pictures of the flowers were sent to me, I was pleasantly surprised by how full and beautiful the bouquet was, particularly for the cost. I ordered flowers online for my significant others birthday. I paid for delivery by noon and even received an email saying the arrangement was prepared and was on its way. I never received a notice saying it had been delivered. The phone is not working, I cannot get in touch with anyone. This is terrible customer service and I will NEVER do business here again. I placed an order for delivery and it was delivered within 2.5 hours of placing the order. Extremely pleased! I requested that they leave on doorstep if the recipient wasn't home. We ordered for an employee that was in the hospital and was to be discharged the next day so we ordered morning delivery.
