PDS Architecture specialise in domestic projects, which range from small scale permitted development applications for single storey residential extensions & loft conversations, to full planning permission for new build developments.

We offer clients guidance and advice with their projects through sketch designs of the initial ideas of their projects, continued through to preparing detailed proposals. Once the designs have been agreed, we can prepare full detailed drawings which are suitable for submitting for planning consent and building regulations approval for your project. We have a wide range expertise of developing schemes from small scale residential to large commercial projects, and preparing a wide range of Planning applications suitable for seeking consent with the local authority Planning Dept. for each project.
