What do you love most about your job?
It doesn’t matter if you’re an established international company or have little or no knowledge of what market research can achieve. We enjoy making a difference to all our clients. It is always a pleasure to show how research techniques can help transform your business or organisation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Peter, our MD, has acted as a buyer, a user and a supplier of market research. He started his career at Rowntree in York, using his statistical knowledge in modelling and forecasting. After managing an ever-growing team at Rowntree through international expansion, Peter was keen to return to carrying out actual market research, hence the founding of PCP in 1990.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have an outstanding track record and a high level of return business. We pride ourselves on offering great customer service and our small, professional team ensure a personal, tailored approach. We have vast experience across a wide range of sectors and offer excellent value for money.
Our MD, Peter Pickersgill, has more than 30 years' experience in both qualitative and quantitative research. He is also a former winner of the Market Research Society’s Special Award for Research Effectiveness. Leading the research team, he brings considerable expertise to any project.
