These guys were fantastic. Responsive, accommodating, professional! I was traveling through the area on business and my hard drive crashed. I called them and they came to my hotel, fixed it while I was in a seminar and returned it back to my hotel fixed and running perfectly at the end of the day! They prioritized it for me because I was traveling, and stayed in communication via email and text the whole time so there were no surprises. I'm a PC user and found this company through a Google ad. They are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and customer service friendly. They gave me a range of estimates based on what they thought they may find, and it was very reasonable. The service was awesome. Initially when I called, they were closed.. the next day i received a call to assist me. Everyone was professionally and guided me through the entire process. I had my screen replaced on my PC and the price was the lowest that I could find anywhere else. In addition to the price, I was shocked at the door to door treatment, My PC was picked up from my home and mailed back to me with one day shipping insured. At the moment I am headquartered in South Jersey, on Long Beach Island, thus a little out of range to come in to your bricks and mortar location. This made your willingness to respond to my "cold call" a pleasant surprise.
Since I am both impatient and computer handicapped, frustration can build quickly. Add to this the "chain of custody" issues which arise in the handling of legal documents, which I am doing. Given my circumstances, the eccentricity (in Word, I am assuming) which occurred related to automatic change of date text in a document to the current date is particularly alarming. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable mac experts and are open 7 days. Which is very helpful since I travel extensively I always find my self in need of computer assistance for many different reasons. I do have to say that in most cases I do find people. As long as I do not mind waiting for an appointment or driving to them that also cost a lot of money. Was searching for a mac specialist and found PCMACNERDS which was also a great sign for me that they are also open 7 days a week. Spoke with a technician which ended up that they had to pick up my mac because it was better to do the work in their shop, so they replaced a broken screen, tested it, updated some software, and returned it to our house all within 1+1/2 days (it would have been sooner, but I forgot to unlock it for them).
