Josh just worked on my Desktop and he cleaned up all the viruses it had and it had a lot. He also installed MS Office 2010. He actually spent over two hours cleaning it up. My computer is running better now then the day I bought it. I can not express enough what a great job he did. He went above and beyond what I expected him to do.
