This store is under new management, and I am glad as they are great.Had problems with my computer and it was fixed in the time stated and within my budget, so decided to drop my mother's computer off as well, another great job well done, they cleaned it up and resolved all the operating problems. A1 Laptop Services Wandsworth SW18 4JE I visited this particular shop not know what to expect, as I have no true IT knowledge as I would always pay a visit to A1 Laptop Services. I was greatly surprised by the owners first class customer service approach. He was very professional, gracious and extremely helpful and I wasn't expecting such good service. Spatially as this kind of thing service comes with a price I thought.This particular IT shop didn't have any reviews online so I didn't know what to expect. The shop was neatly tucked away on the main road which was very handy as it was not hard to find. The service was second to none and most of all very honest, not to mention trying to sell me everything in site. PC World should be shown by this store how things are professionally done.The advice and direction that was given to me has helped me to save a lot of money in the future. If I have any problems I am always welcomed in or given a phone call with speedy simple advice. Not to also mention that there opening and closing times are perfect for me. I strongly recommend this IT store and truly believes you won't be disappointed, as I am now a commited customer who also recommends friends and family. More...
