Great service from Paul and Owen from start to finish. The online appointment booking system meant that late on a Friday night I could book an appointment for a visit / quote the following morning. Paul was prompt, thorough and clear on what needed to be done. Paul and Owen completed a complete rewire of my house. They are methodical and tidy in their work and kept me up to speed with progress of the job. Hubby and I have been doing up our (badly wired) Victorian house, and have had some not so great experiences with tradesmen. Our spare room is the last room of the house to be completed and as predicted hid a few wiring delights for Paul to discover as he lifted the floorboards...how many junction boxes, and of course live wires! PBW wasn't recommended to us but the reviews were good so we contacted Paul of PBW. He came round promptly, on the date and time he said he would, and that same evening I had a detailed quote emailed over using professional software that required me to click to accept the quote. We accepted the quote and scheduled a date for the work to be done. Paul & son (also fully qualified) turned up at the date and time (to the minute) he had said. They worked non stop for 6 hours, didn't even ask for a drink although they did say they had brought their own when I offered. Work was completed and area was tidied up as much as possible ready for the plasterer to come in to plaster the walls and add new woodwork. Invoice was emailed over, again via professional software, later in the day with payment terms of a week. We made payment immediately and our next lot of work is already booked in with PBW Electrics. I wish we had found Paul 6 years ago when we started doing up the house. Professional company, excellent prices and a couple of genuine lovely guys. Highly recommend! More...

We only wanted a new board and a couple of new sockets but after Paul inspected the property, and pointed out other problems that we were not aware of, we decided on a complete rewire.
