PB Dog Care is a family run business based in Sully, South Wales. We have 3 Labradors Pongo, Buster & Poppy, who are very much part of our family.
We started the company in 2012 to provide an alternative to boarding kennels. We wanted to provide a service where clients could leave their family pets in a safe home environment for an affordable cost whilst they were away.

What an absolutely amazing service!!! This young guy is so professional and totally efficient. Sean very obviously loves animals and our 3 JRTs love him. He stayed at our house with the dogs and it was a feeling of absolute trust straight away, and peace of mind to leave everything in his hands. We also received regular updates and photos throughout the weekend. PB Dog Care have been looking after our Elsie since she was a pup. Before Elsie was able to go on walkies Sean would pop in during the day to give cuddles, let her out to the garden and put our minds at rest when we couldn’t be at home for her. Nowadays she enjoys Being out on her walks with other pooches. We don’t always need regular walks and Sean understands this. He is always flexible In meeting our needs for walks. He will even put her food down for us after her walk, if needed. Nothing seems to be too much of a bother. Professional, friendly, reliable and an avid dog lover. Our dog didn't want to leave!I was reluctant about leaving my two year old dog (baby) whilst we were away for a week, but there was definitely no need. Sean from PB Dog Care treats all of the dogs as if they were his own. He even slept downstairs with our dog on the first night, as he was unsure of being away from home. What do you love most about your job?
I don't feel that its a job, I see it as something I love to do and just get the pleasure of doing it day in day out. Seeing the waggy tails, smiley faces on all the animals we look after is just priceless. Money can't buy happiness but seeing a dog happy is one of the greatest things in life!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Always having a passion for dogs has really been the foundations of the business. Searching for pet care for my dogs was a rather stressful and worrying time, not knowing if we could trust the person, if my dog would be happy and safe; all these question were just all unknown. So PB Dog Care was founded to bring reassurance, comfort and happiness to you and your dog, while you all enjoy a well earned break.

Pet Visits
PB Dog Care understands how important it is to keep your pets routine as normal as possible while you’re away. We can call round to visits all pets as frequently as you like throughout the day. Pet visits are a great alternative to a cattery or other boarding establishment.
Our Pet Visiting services covers a range of animals like Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Fish, Rats. We offer a 15 minute on lead walk for dogs (Puppies can have a walk once both injections have been administered to your pet).

We understand that every individual customer has different specific needs, this will be discussed during our free meet & greet. All our staff are vetted and DBS checked so that you can be safe in the knowledge that your home is being visited in a professional and respectful manner.
Home Boarding
Looking for the ultimate peace of mind whilst your away from home? Look no further!
PB Dog Care is proud to offer a fully dedicated Home Boarding Service across the Vale of Glamorgan. This service is focused on your pets wellbeing and the security of your home whilst you’re away. One main focus is keeping your pets stress levels to a minimum and keeping them calm in a familiar environment whilst you’re away & keeping them to a daily routine they’re familiar with.
Our Home Boarding service includes 2 half hour walks per day, feeding, cages cleaning (if required), clean bowls after every meal, house presence, collection of mail and watering the plants. We feel its very important to keep you informed about your pets whilst you’re away. We offer a free daily update via text/email/FB.
We understand that every customer has different specific needs, this will be discussed during our free meet & greet.
Dog Walking
PB Dog Care is a professional reliable dog walking company that can walk your dog/s on a regular or occasional basis. Group socialisation is mentally stimulating for your dog/s, and as we walk with groups of no more than 6 dogs, you can be assured that your dog will come home tired, happy and content. If for any reason you would prefer your dog to be walked on its on, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Your dog/s are walked in all weathers, so could you please leave a towel out, so your dog/s can be towelled down and pet paws are cleaned to avoid muddy paw prints. Fresh water and food is given if requested by the owner.
While your dog/s are being walked with us they’re kept on leads, unless other requirements have been discussed and a off lead consent form is signed.
