Very impressed with the service. We needed someone to look after our two rabbits at quite short notice. Julie came round for a pre-visit, to see what was required and then whilst we were away sent a daily text & photo to show all was well. I can highly recommend Paynes Pet Care. We found them via their website and chose them because of the reviews. Having used them over a number of months I can now highly recommend them myself. Julie has taken care of our two on numerous occasions and always updates us with photos or videos. We know they are very well cared for when we are away, and we have peace of mind which is invaluable! Julie very quickly made friends with one of out cats. Really good experience, we was abit nervous with any dog walker really as we have two Staffies, which can be quite strong and very energetic so we were about cautious about other dogs with them as they can get abit much, but after accompanying them on a group dog walk we saw how great all the dogs got along and Payne’s pet care went out their way to assure they can work with our schedule and bring the dogs back home for us making sure all their water and food is all topped up and keeping to any routines they have with us, would highly recommend, it’s great they deal with so many different types of dogs too so know the best way to deal with them all!

What a fantastic company! Truly outstanding care for our cats and Sam was kind enough to also water our plants and take meter readings whilst we were away. It was lovely to get daily photo updates on Facebook. We felt we were in contact with the cats even though we were on the other side of the world! Had my doggies walked and look after for a couple of hours today and they were absolutely shattered when they got home. Haven’t moved an inch. Got sent lovely photos of them out meeting other dogs and was picked up and dropped off. Absolutely wonderful service.. Sam and her mum Julie are absolutely great - I've got a rescue who suffers with quite severe separation anxiety so as well as taking him out for both solo and group walks, Sam and Julie have also sat with him for afternoons / evenings which has allowed me to have a life without worrying about him stressing out! ! Harley loves them both (I sometimes wonder if he prefers them to me!) and I know he has a great time with them and the other dogs he gets to see on the group walks! Massive thanks Sam and Julie!! Julie has dog sat my four dogs twice and will definitely be booking her again. The dogs are very happy with Julie - one is a very nervous rescue -and got regular updates and photos whilst away, so great for their nervous owner! Highly recommend Sam and Julie.

Payne's Pet Care provided the perfect solution for us to go on holiday and not worry about our lovely dog Lilly. They gave her a lunch time walk every weekday, without fail, while my son was at work, this meant she didn't have the stress of going into kennels. They even topped up her water bowl on her return.
I was very impressed with Sam and Julie, they are highly organised, trustworthy and built a natural rapport with Lilly immediately, they truly love dogs.
Being able to see photo's of her out and about on facebook was great, she looked very happy!

I have been using Payne's Pet Care since September 2016. She is a lovely person who obviously cares about dogs. Very trustworthy as she has access to our house when we are not here. Our chocolate lab Maggie loves her and is always very excited to see her. Sam is extremely reliable and flexible, I almost dont want to put this review on in case she gets too busy!!!
